MOQ is 50pcs per design.

Mock up is one day, Sample is about one week, Production is about 7 to 10 days depending on order quantity and details.

We can show mock up after you agree the price. And you can pay deposit after seeing mock up.

We will keep it for three years

There is no mould charge if you reorder within three years

2D designs only have one layer of raised metal while 3D have multiple layers of raised metal.

We ship by DHL,FedEx or UPS. Fast service only takes around 3 days worldwide.

In most cases, no duties incurred. If you do receive the bill, just email us and we will share it with you.

If we did the color wrong, or did the backing style wrong, or any problem that make the final products not match the sample picture we sent, we will refund or remake the pins and coins for you.
